Our Revere Street apartment on Beacon Hill is a one bedroom garden level apartment located on charming Revere Street.  The apartment is situated on a private walkway and is near the State House, the Convention Center, New England Medical, Mass General, Whole Foods supermarket, and all the great shopping and dining on Charles Street.

The apartment is available for short-term or long-term rental.  Please note that we regularly negotiate our monthly rental for those signing a longer term lease (one year or longer).

• The Revere Apartment is just a three minute walk to the Boston Commons 
• Only 7 minutes walking to the Financial District.
• Wonderful shopping on Newbury Street , with all the beautiful salons, restaurants and boutiques.
• Getting around the Boston subway system (MBTA) or the "T" is easy with so many T stops close by - The Red Line at Park Street and Charles/MGH; the Green Line at Park Street, Government Center, and Boylston; and the Blue Line at Government Center and Bowdoin.
• Visit the Charles River Esplanade for boat rentals, a wonderful swimming pool, and running and biking travels along the Charles River.
• Like sports?  Why not see the New England Patriots, or the Boston Red Sox, the New England Revolution for our soccer fans, the Boston Bruins, and of course the Boston Celtics!

Neighborhood:  Beacon Hill is one of Boston’s oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods.  Marked by narrow streets, brick roads and gas street lamps, this neighborhood represents the history and tradition that is Boston.  Beacon Hill is traditionally defined as being North of Beacon Street, West of Bowdoin Street, East of Storrow Drive, and South of Cambridge Street, and including the Public Gardens and the Boston Common.

Size:  One bedroom apartment with 570 square feet of living area.

Bathrooms:  One full bathroom.

Guests:  Comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 adults

Elevator:  No.  Not needed.

Air Conditioning:  Yes

Washer/Dryer:  Yes - LG Multi-programmable Washer/Dryer in the unit.

Microwave:  Yes.

Toaster/Coffeepot:  Yes.

Ironing Board/Iron:  Yes.   

Sheets/Towels:  Yes.  We provide you plenty of towels and 2 sets of sheets.  One set for the bed in the bedroom and one set for the sofa bed in the living room.

Cooking Utensils:  yes.  We provide you all the cooking utensils you will need for common everyday cooking, along with all the necessary eating and drinking utensils.  You just need to provide the food.  (See information below for shopping at Whole Foods Market and Savenor's market).

Telephone:  Yes - VOIP telephone service with free calling to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and certain countries in the US (France, Spain, Italy, UK, and others).

Internet:  Yes - We provide you free internet connection via LAN connection and free 128 bit security key-coded wireless network.

TV/Stereo/DVD:  Flat screen 32" LCD television for your television viewing pleasure, including cable television with CNN, ESPN, MTV, UNIVISION, TELEMUNDO, Bloomberg, and more than 150 additional channels!  We have a stereo with CD player for your listening enjoyment and a DVD player!

Hot Water:  We have a 100 gallon hot water heater to ensure you will not run out of hot water even in the middle of winter!

Metro (known as the “T”):  Park Street (Red line (Charles Street/MGH and Park Street within 3 minutes walking), Green Line at Park Street (5 minutes walking), and the Blue Line at Government Center (7 minutes walking).

Sporks Club/LA! - We provide our guests (maximum 2 adults one week each) a week long guest membership at the exclusive Sports Club LA.  See the link below for information on the Sports Club/LA!  The club is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.  You will find they have a great spa and salon, a refreshing pool, an unmatched group exercise room, and a great rooftop deck to relax on after your workout or spa.   

Minimum Rental:  One Month (30 days).

Utilities:  All utilities are included in the price of the rental (water, gas, electric, phone, cable television, wireless internet).
