Below are our general rental terms and policies, along with information on additional services that we offer.  For specific rental rates and policies for any give property please click on the main page for the property and you will be able to find specific information on that property.

Airport Transportation:  We can provide you convenient and comfortable transportation to and from the airport.  Please contact us for more information.

Pet Policy: We welcome pets at most of our locations, but not all of them.  Please see the specific pet policy information for each property for more information.

Pet Sitting/Pet Day-Care: For properties that do allow pets, we also provide you discounted rates on pet day-care services that we have used previously and that we recommend.   

Cleaning Service:  Your rental fee includes the cleaning of your rental property upon your departure.  For guests that are staying with us for longer rental periods, we offer additional cleaning services at a discounted fee.  Please contact us for further information.

Dining and Recreation:  We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service with exceptional rental accomodations.  As such, please don't hesitate to contact us for information on local dining recommendations as well as information on things to do in the area where you are staying.

Smoking:  For the safety and health of all of our guests and neighbors we forbid smoking in any of our properties.
